Here's what we have planned: Vision board creation, yoga, guest speakers on manifesting and intentional living, herbal teas, coffee, and fresh pastries and fruit from Backus Bakery. Come ready to dream out loud. Everything you need, yoga mats, vision board supplies, all of it, will be provided. Just bring yourself.

Feel free to bring your own board, printed images, or any materials that already feel like you . But, don't worry if you don't have anything, we've got everything you need.
